The Northeast Association of State Transportation Officials (NASTO) 2019 Annual Conference was held July 8 – 10, 2019 at the Chase Center on the Riverfront in Wilmington, Delaware.
Who Attends
NASTO brings together representatives from the state transportation departments of the Northeastern United States and the Canadian provinces of Ontario and Quebec. These are high level decision makers including Secretaries, Commissioners, and their staff. Also in attendance are representatives from FHWA, AASHTO, and other local, regional and national government agencies. This annual event continues to draw over 300 participants.

What’s Included:
- Full conference registration includes: access to Monday night’s Welcome Celebration at the Queen Theater; Tuesday breakfast, sessions, Keynote Luncheon, breaks, and dinner at the DuPont Country Club; and Wednesday breakfast, sessions, and lunch.
- Tuesday Only registration includes: conference giveaways, access to Tuesday breakfast, sessions, Keynote Luncheon, breaks, and dinner at the DuPont Country Club.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received prior to June 21, 2019 will be refundable less a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations received after June 21, 2019 will not be refunded but substitutions will be allowed.

Area Information & Overnight Accommodations
The host hotel for the NASTO Conference was the Westin Wilmington Hotel (818 Shipyard Drive, Wilmington, DE). The group rate for conference participants was $189/night plus tax. The Westin is adjacent to the Chase Center where conference events will be held.
The overflow hotel is the Sheraton Suites Wilmington Downtown (22 Delaware Avenue, Wilmington, DE). The group rate for conference participants was $169/night plus tax. Ongoing shuttle service was provided from the Sheraton Suites to the Chase Center throughout all days of the conference.
